I don't think Ref's should be over the age of 45 in any sport


Once you get to 45 even with glasses or contacts you just don't see like you used to. To me it would be great if Refs were in the age group 30 to 45 and that is it. This way they are mature enough to handle the pressure but young enough to see clearly!
