Anyone taken a long train ride to see the country? Amtrak Empire Builder

goes from Chicago to Seattle, and even hits Glacier National Park.

I really want to see more of the country, and I thought the wife and I could get a sleeper car, then take a few days in Seattle. I've never been to the northwest.

Thoughts? It sounds beautiful.
