Honestly, him getting there isn’t really a problem to me


It was a fluke, but he got there through conference placement. I think the Conference already holds a the minimum of weight before it becomes much more of a joke. Big 10 which is the strongest conference by far and should be the most fun to watch by a long shot ended up being a big let down due to the conference tournament already being very not important.

The Love situation is just a fluke that rarely happens, but they already have the at large bids to mitigate that. I personally feel Conference needs to be more important because what happened at big 10s should not become the norm for guys who automatically get in.

If anything needs to be looked at it’s enforcing strength of schedule into RPI and seeding purposes. Missouri had a cake schedule gifting their guys high seeds.
