The thing I'm a little curious about is conference record. I seem to recall

there was an "unwritten" rule not that long ago that you had to be .500 in your conference to get serious consideration. When did that go out the window? It's probably been a while and I missed it, but it jumped out at me when most everyone had Texas in while 7-10 in conference. I'm fine with it, but just another example of how the criteria is constantly changing.
