I call BS on one part of that article....

No way that's accurate if they're counting the exact same criteria for men. Every superhero/action movie ever made shows the male hero without his shirt. I'd also say over the last decade or two the penis has had a mainstream movie explosion from where it was NEVER shown to now it's a common and even overused comedy bit whereas boobs have gone by the wayside somewhat (compared to the 80s/90s).
