The quadrants are all RPI driven though.


In or out pretty much revolved around Q1 wins for at large selections. OK got in with their TERRIBLE record based on 6 Q1 wins (15 chances), MTSU got left our because they only had 2 (5 chances). Syracuse got in because they had 4 Q1 wins (12 chances). Louisville was left out because they only had 3 Q1 wins (13 chances).
