Finally thawed out ...


Son playing his senior season of HS baseball and last night was the season opener. Bittersweet to be sure because I coached him for at least 15 seasons between spring and fall and we both know that at some point in May he will take off the spikes for the last time. (The only definite is that he won't untie them or put them away properly at that time.) However, last night was 37 degrees with 20-25 mph gusts ... I'm too old for that crap.

They did pull out the W though ... so that was nice.
