I agree Clarke should have played more- not sure why Horne is getting minutes over him at this point in both of their careers. But I'd put Bede in the game over Wilson every single time. Bede played great for the most part, and while he doesn't run the offense like 5 does, he runs it infinitely better than Wilson. Bede is 10x the offensive threat of Wilson and is his equal as a defender. Other than drawing two charges last night, what did we get out of Wilson's minutes.

As for Blackshear- he needs to write on the blackboard, 100 times a day between now and the first day of fall practice, "I am NOT a guard". So many of his dumb fouls occur outside the paint. So many of his head-scratching moments on offense occur when he launches ill-advised threes, or tries to drive the ball from the perimeter. KJ needs to get it through his head that as a low-post player, he has great footwork and is more skilled than many of the opponents he will face. When he leaves the low post, he is going to be exposed by smaller players with way more quickness, dribbling ability, and shooting ability than he will ever have. It is so frustrating to watch a skilled big man continually hurt himself and his team by drifting away from where he should be on the floor.
