If the NCAA wants more of these bang-bang plays to go the no-call route
then what becomes a blocking foul? In terms of the flow of the game, I do think having more no-calls won't necessarily be bad for the game. However, I would think the NCAA would have to lay some ground rules for "this is always a charge," "this is always a blocking foul," and "this is always a no-call."
