Second, you are confusing expectations of growth and improvement with dissatisfaction with the coaching. For his compensation level Williams needs to take this program farther than it currently resides. We are an average P5 basketball program right now, which is an improvement over where we were four years ago. We have some great wins and some confounding losses. We have huge inconsistences from game to game, fundamental issues, that I'm sure have Williams scratching his head. But is this all we're going to be?
