Now in 6th entering final round


Not a good day for the Hokies, who shot 15 over. Now the team is 20 over after two rounds, 23 strokes behind Georgia.

Amanda Hollandsworth has shot 4-under 140 and is tied for second place with Fernanda Lira of Central Arkansas, one stroke behind Jillian Hollis of Georgia. Hollandsworth shot an even-par 72 Saturday to compliment her 66 from Friday.

Elizabeth Bose is in a tie for 10th at 144 and Emily Mahar is tied for 54th at 155. Sarah Spicer, is tied for 62nd at 157 and Jessica Spicer is tied for 74th at 160. Bose’s 1-under 71 was the Hokies’ best score of the day.
