spring game "announced crowd" was 52000 or so today (in 40 degree temperatures) but a couple of friends of mine who were there thought that crowd number was a bit high, and they had major country music performer in pre-game (Travis Tritt or someone like that) and famous OU alumni (Billy Simms, etc were there to greet and meet). Also during a dedication ceremony to honor former coach Bob Stoops the outgoing University President, Boren, had a minor stroke and had to be taken away by ambulance. (He's supposed to be fine). So the 35000 at Lane without incident was not bad by comparison. Hope recruits were impressed. (anyone see Devyn Ford?)
