Now that was an unofficial visit, his official to Ped State is this weekend and is official to OSU is a week later but clearly going in to those visits he seems rather enamored with VT. He mentions how much he likes VT multiple times in the story. OSU, in particular, will make a hard push for him but this one may be Tech's to lose.
