Could Amazon buy FOX Sports, B1G, PAC and Big 12? Yes.


They are already known to outbid Facebook and Twitter. There are already over 100 million Amazon Prime subscribers. They are already spend around $65M to stream NFL Thursday Night games. There is speculation that they will buy FOX Sports.

There is a good chance this does happen, so if it does, how would that impact any potential moves for the PAC, Big 12 and B1G? Personally, I think we could see Amazon buy the Tier 1 rights. It benefits Amazon financially since it gets them more Prime subscribers and it is cheaper than cable.
