When Cav was recruiting him at Hermitage, he spoke to Duane in the cafeteria one afternoon. Duane really wanted to be a tight end, and Cav knew his future was at tackle. He lined up Duane along with his friends in line formation starting Duane out at tight end.

To paraphrase, Cav said something like here you'll make x amount of money here. Then he moves Duane over three feet to tackle and says here you'll make xxxxxx amount of money.
