I think that Conel loss in the semis was a big mental hit


Mentally, losing in the semis is one of the most toughest losses you can take. You’re tired, one match away from the finals and blow it. Already guaranteed to medal, tough to come back from.

Borst looked really good even in the Conel match. I think he spent everything he had in that match with Conel.

As far as him up at heavyweight I think he will have a fine year this year. This year is SUPER weak at heavyweight. The following years though he might want to head back on down to 197.
