Preventative replacement on water heaters


is heavily dependent on the location.

On a second floor, or in a closet adjacent to finished space - replace at approx. 15 years regardless, might get a few more, but not worth the chance.

In an unfinished basement or garage? meh, mop up some water and take a cold shower one day.
