Yeah, it's been great. Drawbacks are the obvious: phone selection, price*


For phones, they've always had something I was happy with (Nexus 5x at first, Moto X4 now).

For price, you can feasibly do better elsewhere with a number of use patterns (using a lot of data, using absolutely no data), but not necessarily with the network switching, international rates, no cost beyond the data additional (data-only) sim card, etc.
