Are any of you an employer using VT career services? It changed

It changed from their in-house resume and student search process to using a 3rd party service called HandShake. It seems so much harder to find someone now. And the kids seem to think that now they are just entering fields in a website form, they don't have to personalize anything or write any additional information. Ugh, painful. That is all.

and on another note, know any Mechanical Engineering or otherwise mechanically-minded students that need a flexible part-time job this summer? Even a high school student would work if they are the right person.
