That's kind of a populist argument, is it not?

Judgments based on popular opinion are often terrible.

Think about it. What would an opinion in Brown vs. Board of Education look like if both sides were equally upset with it? Loving vs. Virginia? Sometimes the side that's wrong deserves to be upset.

Just a thought.
