I'm going on day 10 after contact and it really hasn't gotten a lot better

I've been on prednisone for 7 days now which I hope has helped to prevent a worse outbreak. I've gotten it so many times that my immune system goes full nuclear mode. This has been THE WORST I've ever had it. I have rash ALL OVER MY BODY. The over the counter itch stuff either doesn't work at all or actually makes me itch more. I might grab some of that stuff thankbud recommended.
