...but unless he takes his 27 ACC players and wins 6-7 games, he's not going to be employed there next year.

Watch Mike Bobo at Colorado State. He was QB at UGA and was OC there when UVA's AD Carla Williams was #2 in their athletic department. They always lamented hiring Groh instead of Richt, now they can get Richt's former #2 guy.
