Something about soccer, NASCAR, and baseball...

...when people don't like them or aren't interested in them, they feel a need to tell the world that repeatedly rather than just not talking about it.

I'm a huge fan of one, moderately into a second, and totally uninterested in the other, but I never feel the need to go into a thread about the one I'm not interested in just to tell people I don't care about it. But lots of people seem to.
