Fender bender... no. Possible injury to people... yes.


Police do not even respond to minor stuff in every instance. I don’t need or care to be involved in disputes over property damages... that’s why insurance exists. However, I have witnessed parking lot stuff and left a note to the owner of the parked car with contact info and the info on the offending vehicle.
