If I had to bet on it Todd Reirden will be the next head coach for the Caps

He was the Associate Head Coach for the Caps this year. Last season he was so coveted as a head coach prospect by other teams in the NHL but the Caps would not let other teams talk to him. I think he is the man to beat for the job.
