Yep, the players coach, Reirden. All players like that..Barry had a Rep of being a Richard at times, and that is what it takes imo to win. I hope Reirden is successful if he is the coach (not sure he will be the Caps coach because he is very popular around the league.
Also Mac admitted they don't believe in paying coaches elite money..so when they have to for Reirden will they?).
