Their reps DO look different than ours. Ever watched combine? Poor form.
They bounce off chest and back isn't on the bench. I'm no bodybuilder, but I'm amazed anyone in a D1 S&C program cannot do 10. Shayne Graham probably could do 10, and still can. I workout at same gym as former FB Carlton Weatherford, I'll ask him - he's a certified trainer now.
