The recruits don't get money. They want location.


Therefore the access to the talent and the ability to offer them just as good football close to home overcomes any money advantage. If Miami can corner the market on the talent within 50 miles of Coral Gables, it overcomes any money Ohio State has.

Now I can't explain Texas. They have more money than everyone. They are close to talent. And they haven't been able to put it together for over a decade.
