My town does not


I live in Huntersville, nc and a town of 50 k has no debt, AAA bond ratings and sitting on $80M cash..however, road projects delayed year after year, improvements promised not done, etc. I appreciate the conservatism but please complete what you promised. Shit is falling apart. Starting to wonder if we really have the money or if the red stapler guy is sitting on a beach somewhere with our cash.
