I got a Salsa Beargrease (a fattie) not too long ago.

It is great off road, but sluggish on the pavement.

I was looking around at Surly and Salsa bikes when I was shopping. They seem to focus on gravel and off-road bikes. I seriously considered the Salsa Fargo, as it was a jack of all trades.

To be honest, there are so many choices that it can get too confusing.
