Thanks- I expect the guesses above are in line with what happened.

The RT has no written contract with Bitter to do what they are suing him for, or they would have come out and stated it.

However we as fans feel about the subject, my expectation is that the account and subscribers stay with Bitter.

The only way that this comes out differently is if they can pressure him financially / legally to give it up, without having an actual legal basis to do so. Stuff like that happens all the time.
