IMHO Chugger Adair isn't on the hot seat


He's made the NCAA Tournament 5 times (1 College World Cup, 2 Sweet 16's) and was the last team out in 2016. Last season was the only bad season and he still had a winning record. Chugger has almost a 70% winning percentage in 7 years. His defense was one of the best in the ACC last season. Tech just couldn't find the net last year. If Chugger has a losing record this season, I think that he'll be on the hot seat in 2019-20 but I think he's safe this season. I like the freshmen he brought in and some of the sophomores. He also has a big time GK coming in a few years from Florida. Plus, Chugger has added more speed this season. He hasn't had a Jazmine Reeves-like player for some time. That's what our offense has been missing. Reeves speed and breakaway ability made all the other players better offensively.
