The AD was just replaced.

in the spring. McNeil gets some blame but, the largest portion of the blame for the implosion of virtually the entire athletic program is on former AD Jeff Compher. The guy was a pitiful excuse for an AD and a far worse human being. He is one of the slimier individuals in all of collegiate athletics.
