Kaep just got a MAJOR pay raise for this campaign.


I heard a media guy today say that this will be the absolute most affecting/effective marketing campaign in the history of all product marketing. Nike loves to push the envelope and go on the edge. They started with Prefontaine (young guys, Google the name) and have always have a rebel attitude, which I do as well. Their focus market is the 18-34 year old consumer and the feedback so far is sky high - they love this. I've been off the Nike bandwagon since their defense of Tiger Woods, but I'm now back on it. And I'm nearly twice the max age of their target market audience. And the NFL and TV networks don't complain because Nike makes the NFL uniforms and funds much of the NFL. Whenever VT becomes a major national fan choice we will also become a Nike favorite.
