Yep. The Mother- Nature Load.


When all the "perfect/horrible" scenarios align. I was listening carefully to one meteorologist explain this phenom , particularly regarding the upper level pressure above the storm behaving like a trap door, not allowing anything to change the direction as it moves toward the US. Similar to Hazel and Hugo but with the stalling of Harvey. This / stall/strength/trajectory is unprecedented I think in recorded hurricane history along the NC coast?
