Seems to me the disagreement arises...


due to two completely different questions. You cannot blame ECU, in my opinion, for making a decision they believe to be in their best interest and safety. I believe you can possibly blame ECU for how they executed that decision and people(some, not me) may also question VT's choice of words in response. The second question is where true facts are needed, in my opinion, before affixing blame. Did VT and ECU discuss that Tuesday was the drop dead date for a decision or was it a back and forth where ECU says we would like to decide by Tuesday and VT says we would like to wait until Wednesday? What was the actual communication prior to the ECU press release? At a minimum, the way it was handled is not indicative of a collaborative and communicative relationship. Where and why that breakdown occurred is the crux of the matter for me in determining how to assign blame.
