In the past when I've gone to Duke without tickets, the scalpers have pretty much refused to sell anything below face - even not long before the game and when they were standing right by the ticket booth.

Demand is pretty low and the game probably won't sell out, but supply on gameday isn't very high either and so that keeps the price up. Stubhub is looking like it's going to be mid-30s after all of the fees for some decent seats and that's better than you're going to get from the school, so I'd go to Stubhub personally.
