JJ was probably a better game manager and Willis seems to pass more...

based on my limited observation from a Spring game, PT action versus W&M/ODU and the Duke game. If Willis is more "pass happy," there is more opportunity for interceptions. So JJ 1) having a decent 9-win season as a r-Fr under his belt, 2) being a level-headed game manager and 3) more conservative in his pass game (with less chances to turnover); I think that's how JJ won the job for a second year.

And nothing against JJ, but let's hope Ryan Willis is the real deal and that 332 yards passing with zero INTs is his norm. I'd love to see Tech's receiving corps, O-line and Willis gel into a unstoppable offensive machine from here on out.

But my gut tells me to be cautious. I remember thinking Brewer was going to change things after the OSU win. Not saying Willis is another Brewer, but just tempering my excitement a bit.
