In his philosophy if players just follow the system and execute as they are told then success will follow regardless of personal ability. He has no room for players who are talented but can't execute the system and will replace them with lesser talented players who play the system better (see Peoples being a starting RB). CO tweaked their O scheme to fit their player's talents and success followed.
