1 of the most inspiring speeches I've heard was from the chairman of NetApp

It was at an executive breakfast and was profanity laced. It was the first time I've EVER head "real talk" in a speech. While jarring, it was absolutely refreshing and I walked out of there energized. There's no doubt I would have if he didn't curse as well, but it struck home a little more with his exquisite use of f-bombs.
