Lottery question. If the odds of winning are 1 out of 302 million doesn’t


That mean there are only 302 million different combinations of the numbers? What are the measures they set up to prevent someone from buying every combo of the numbers? You’d only need 302 million to win a billion. I recall some off shore group doing that years back but I can’t remember what changes they made to prevent that from happening again.
