I honestly don't see how he was treated unfairly. He worked really long hours but that doesn't mean much. He was so so as a coach IMO. Better to work smarter, not harder. He was decent as a recruiter, but as a QB coach I was very unimpressed. We literally did not have a capable back-up under Lefty. I'd put money on Hooker and even QP being able to come in and play if needed right now. I also don't take issues with Fuente's players. Folks are over thinking things. We don't have talent on D, its that simple. No one could plan for the mass exodus we had. I only wish we would have given Mook....yet another chance, because the Webb injury left us desperate.
