The fact that Mook wasn't able to enroll into another school despite having a year available since he did not redshirt here is very telling. He might be right about Fuente, but his son getting kicked off the team would have probably happened under Beamer as well. That is the difference between his situation and Hill's. I think Hill's probably was a bit harsh
