So when are we, as a society, recognizing the power of a false accusation
to ruin or significantly harm a person's life, going to stop punishing a person based on an allegation? I realize due process is a constitutional right, and doesn't apply to one's status on an athletic team, but there's a freaking good reason it IS part of the criminal process.
How many times does it have to happen before we say "enough"?
PS- I am assuming in this case the allegations are false... [Post edited by WestEndHokie39 at 11/23/2018 11:37AM]
