Also came darned close a few other times


Pitt 2001 - scored only on a blocked FG returned for a touchdown
LSU 2007 - scored only in junk time with true freshman Tyrod
Miami forget the year but 36-6 - trailing 30-0, in the last 5 minutes we had a chance to kick an easy field goal to get on the board, but we went for it on fourth down. Fortunately we made it.
