My dbag neighbor just yelled at some guys that were moving a freezer they

had just bought from me. I live in one cluster of townhouses and this dude lives in the next. Between the clusters is common space/grass. For some reason this guy thinks that is his land, despite the fact that it most certainly is not. These guys had to take the freezer out my backdoor and around my cluster of townhouses, using that common space to cut across to their truck. One guy went to get the dolly and came back and said "That dude over there was not happy about me walking through his lawn." Me: "Tell him to F off, that's not his property. He yells at people all the time for walking through there saying that it's his."

This dude mows that area every week, despite the fact that we've got a ground crew that does it. I guess that he thinks by mowing it it makes it his. By that logic I'm going to go mow the golf course and stake my claim to it. My wife once witness him b-tch out some old lady for letting her dog take a leak on that common space. What a solid dude.
