Just my opinion....

Tranghese is #1 by a very wide margin and I don't see Scott passing him short of a complete PAC 12 implosion. Couple of years back Swofford would have been #2 and Scott #3. Right now they are a tight #2(Scott) and #3(Swofford). Both have suspect network operations which depending what goes on in the future will impact that race. While Swofford's failings are well known and there are certainly arguments over how conference expansion transpired Swofford gets the nod, in my opinion, because the ACC is in an arguably stronger position relative to the PAC 12.
