does make raiding the conference unlikely. Unscrewing the TV contracts will help with distribution but, it is not a guarantee to real money as the things impacting that also include product quality(fixable), markets(not fixable) and timing of scheduling(partially fixable). The PAC 12 still faces the issue of delivering an inferior product at off times to heavily populated eastern and midwest markets or the same product to a distracted and largely pro centric western market.
