Given the amount of paperwork I had to fill out when my twins were born?

I don't see how anyone manages to abuse it. Plus I had to burn all my sick and vacation time before the FLMA clock would start. I ended up doing the paperwork just to keep the boss off my case for taking 6 weeks off since they were in NICU..wanted me back to work while they were in the hospital 126 miles away.
