I think I get a $150 frame allowance, plus the cost of "standard" lenses.


"Standard" lenses meaning plastic lenses (including progressive if needed). If I want hi-index or transitions, that's out of my pocket. But I do get a discount (maybe 10%?) on anything above and beyond what is covered. It'll also cover a couple boxes of contacts in lieu of new glasses.
